For the woman asking: Who am I now?

Two Books for the Same Season
The Six Phases of Becoming is the map.
Navigating the In-Between is the daily companion that walks it with you, one page at a time.
You can read them together, or read either one on its own.
But if you want the full journey, start with the map, then let the companion guide walk beside you every day after.
The Six Phases of Becoming
The book. The map. The roadmap for the transformation itself.
This is where the whole journey is laid out from beginning to end. It is a roadmap for the emotional transformation women go through during any major life change, whether that is divorce, empty nest, or simply waking up one day and asking the question, who am I now. That quiet moment when the life you have been living just does not fit anymore.
This book walks you through six emotional phases. The ones that happen inside you when your life shifts in significant ways. From that very first moment when something inside you changes, through the messy, disorienting in-between, into the healing, the rebuilding, the becoming, and finally into a new chapter where you feel clarity, confidence, and courage again.
The six phases matter because they give you a map. And when you have a map, you stop being lost. You start to recognize where you are. You start to understand that what feels like falling apart is actually the beginning of coming together. You are not broken during transition. You are becoming.
Navigating the In-Between
The companion guide. 365 days of walking it with you.
If The Six Phases of Becoming is the map, Navigating the In-Between is the daily companion for the road. It is a 365 day guide, one reflection, one story, one honest question at a time, built to walk alongside you through the same six phases, at the pace real life actually moves.
Some days you will need a place to land. Some days you will just need to know someone else has stood where you are standing. This book is that place, every single day for a year.
The Six Phases
1. The Shift – Awareness The quiet moment where something inside you shifts and life does not feel the same anymore. Nothing outside has changed yet. But you have.
2. The In-Between – Uncertainty The foggy space where the old version of your life is gone, but the new one has not fully formed yet. This is the part no one prepares you for, and the part this journey spends the most time honoring.
3. The Inner Work – Healing and Mattering Where you begin looking inward, at the beliefs, patterns, wounds, and stories you have carried for years. This is where the real work happens, quietly, and mostly out of view.
4. Reconnection & Rebuilding – Reconnection Learning to reconnect with yourself, and with a life that actually feels aligned with who you are becoming. Not the life you had. The one that is finally yours.
5. Becoming – Identity Where you begin recognizing yourself again. Trusting your own voice, your own needs, your own identity, even before you fully understand where it is leading you.
6. Rising – Embodiment and Leadership Where you stop waiting for validation or permission and step fully into your next chapter with clarity, confidence, and courage. This is not the end of the story. It is the beginning of the one you get to write yourself.
Why I Wrote These Books
I wrote these books because I know how disorienting a life transition can feel from the inside.
I did not set out to become a coach or an author. I started this work because I needed it myself. Somewhere in the middle of my own transition, I went looking for something to help me hold on, and what I found changed the direction of my entire life. The Six Phases of Becoming is the shape that transformation took once I could finally see it clearly enough to hand to someone else. Navigating the In-Between is what I wished I had on the days the map alone was not enough. The day by day company. The reminder that you are still here, still moving, even on the days it does not feel like it.
I wrote both of these books for the woman standing in that space. The one holding grief in one hand and hope in the other. The one doing her best to keep going while quietly wondering what comes next. The one who wants to rebuild her life not by rushing the process, but by moving through it with honesty, strength, and self-trust.
My hope is that between these two books, you feel less alone in it. That you start to see the falling apart for what it actually is. Not an ending. A beginning.
